  1. Start by preheating the oven to 220 degrees C
  2.  Line a large baking sheet with aluminium foil and drizzle olive oil over foil
  3.  Place baking sheet in the preheated oven
  4. Now, flatten chicken breasts so they are all about 1/4-inch thick
  5. Season chicken with salt and pepper
  6. Mix flour and paprika together on a large plate
  7.  Beat eggs with salt and pepper in a shallow bowl
  8. Mix bread crumbs and lemon zest together on a separate large plate
  9. Dredge each chicken piece in flour mixture, then egg, and then bread crumbs mixture and set aside in 1 layer on a clean plate
  10.  Repeat with remaining chicken
  11. Remove baking sheet from oven and arrange chicken in 1 layer on the sheet
  12. Drizzle more olive oil over each piece of coated chicken
  13. Bake in the preheated oven for 5 to 6 minutes
  14. Flip chicken and continue baking until no longer pink in the centre and the bread is lightly browned, 5 to 6 minutes more
  15. Serve hot with the choice of your bread and enjoy!

2. One-Pot Thai Style Rice Noodles

There is nothing better than one-pot meals! They are easy, quick and super delicious. Read on to prepare this one-pot Thai style rice noodle recipe.

  1. Stir cornstarch and water together in a small bowl until smooth
  2.  Pour chicken broth into a large pot and stir cornstarch mixture, soy sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar, chile-garlic sauce, vegetable oil, ginger, garlic, and coriander into the broth
  3. Cover and bring to a boil
  4. Place rice noodles in the boiling sauce, reduce heat to medium, and simmer until noodles are tender, 5 to 10 minutes
  5. Stir zucchini, red bell pepper, and chicken into the sauce
  6. Bring back to a boil, cover, and simmer until vegetables just become tender about 5 more minutes
  7. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes to thicken
  8. Now, serve garnished with crushed peanuts and cilantro.

3. Masala Pasta

  1. Start by  sauteeing 1-inch ginger and 2 clove garlic in 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp butter
  2. Further, saute ½ onion till they turn soft
  3. Now, add 1 cup tomato pulp and saute well and keep stirring till the tomato pulp thickens
  4. Add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp garam masala and ½ tsp salt
  5. Saute till the spices get cooked completely
  6. Now, add 2 tbsp corn, ¼ capsicum, ¼ carrot, 2 tbsp peas and 7 florets broccoli and saute for a minute
  7. Add in 3 tbsp water and mix well
  8. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes and add in 2 tbsp tomato sauce and ½ tsp mixed herbs
  9. Now, mix well and add in the cooked pasta and mix gently till the sauce gets coated well
  10. Finally, serve masala pasta Indian style hot topped with cheese if required.
