- Oven-Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients:
- 12 boneless & skinless chicken thighs
For the Marinade:
- 4 oz Korean BBQ sauce for chicken
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce paste
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice wine
- 1 Tbsp water
For The Flour Mixture:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cup potato flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
For The Honey Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp water
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the marinade
2. Add the marinade to a ziplock bag, along with the chicken and shake the bag until the chicken is properly coated
3. In a plate, combine all the ingredients required for the flour mixture
4. Preheat the oven to 350 F
5. Coat the marinated chicken in the flour mixture and shake the excess flour off
6. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet and drizzle some vegetable oil on it
7. Bake on one side for about 15 minutes, after which, turn the chicken pieces over and bake for another 7 minutes
8. While the chicken thighs are in the oven, in a small bowl, combine all the ingredients needed for the Honey Teriyaki Sauce
9. Microwave the sauce for 1 minute or until the honey has fully melted
10. After step 7 is completed, brush some of the sauce on both sides of the chicken and add it back to the oven for another 3 minutes
11. Relish!
2. Baked Chicken Wings With Onions And Garlic

Ingredients:
- Garlic (minced, with pepper, salt and sesame oil)
- Garlic (sliced)
- A few Carrots
- 1/2 onion
- Chilli (optional – depending on your spice tolerance)
- ½ kg Chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Japanese cooking wine
- Black pepper
- Ikari Yakiniku medium hot barbecue sauce
Instructions:
1. Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper and leave it to rest for an hour
2. Chop the garlic and the carrots
3. In a pan, over medium heat, cook the carrots in hot water for 4 – 5 minutes
4. Drain the water and leave the carrots at the side
5. In another pan, over a high flame, stir fry the onions and sliced garlic for 2 -3 minutes
6 Once the onion softens and becomes translucent, add in the carrots and stir fry for another 2 – 3 minutes
7. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil
8. On the foil, add the cooked carrots and onions. Top it with the chicken wings and mixed garlic
9. Put the baking tray in the oven and bake it for 15 minutes
10. After 15 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven and leave it to rest for 5 minutes
11. Serve hot!
