Fresh and Fast Delivery is our service to deliver your order to you within 60 minutes of placing the order.
2. What are the Operational hours?
Fresh and Fast Delivery services are available for ordering from 10 AM to 6 PM during the day. However, delivery timings are from 10 AM till 10 PM.
Note# Orders placed after 6 PM till 7 AM (next day) will be treated standard orders and will be delivered as per the slot chosen by the customer. Orders placed 10 AM onwards till 6 PM, will be delivered within 60mins of placing the order.
3. What can I order in Fresh and Fast Delivery?
We have included products which our customers regularly need as part of our Fresh and Fast Delivery Catalogue. This will cover most of your day to day requirements. You will also see an icon on the product that is eligible for Fresh and Fast delivery.
4. Where do the products come from?
All orders are processed from the nearest Nature’s Basket store location, and hence products with the same consistency and quality that you cherish will be delivered to you.
5. Is Fresh and Fast Delivery available throughout the city?
Fresh and Fast Delivery Orders can only be placed by customers residing in selected pin code areas where we have launched this service. If your pin code area is serviceable, you will be able to see Fresh and Fast tab on the website homepage. Currently, we are servicing at Worli, Powai & Bandra in Mumbai and Sadashivanagar in Bangalore.
6. Are there any charges to avail of this service?
Currently, this service is complimentary to our customers.
