Ingredients:
- 500 ml healthy alternatives farm fresh milk
- 2 tbsp. healthy alternatives rolled oats
- 1 tsp. healthy alternatives cow ghee
- 3 bay leaves
- 4 cardamoms
- 2 tbsp. healthy alternatives honey
- 1 ¼ cup mango pulp
- ½ cup chopped dry fruits
- ¼ tsp. cardamom powder
- 1 tsp. saffron
Instructions:
- In a bowl, squeeze out mango pulp
- In a medium skillet, heat the ghee and add the rolled oats. Roast on a low flame and set aside
- In another skillet, heat the milk and add in the bay leaf, cardamom, dry fruits and the roasted oats
- Allow it to simmer and bring it to boil
- Now, add the cardamom powder and honey. Mix it well until combined
- Discard the bay leaves and set aside to cool
- Now, add the mango pulp and saffron. Mix it well and allow it to chill
- Serve chilled
