Lip-smacking Mango Kheer to Beat the Heat

  1. In a bowl, squeeze out mango pulp
  2. In a medium skillet, heat the ghee and add the rolled oats. Roast on a low flame and set aside
  3. In another skillet, heat the milk and add in the bay leaf, cardamom, dry fruits and the roasted oats
  4. Allow it to simmer and bring it to boil
  5. Now, add the cardamom powder and honey. Mix it well until combined
  6. Discard the bay leaves and set aside to cool
  7. Now, add the mango pulp and saffron. Mix it well and allow it to chill
  8. Serve chilled
