Cooking does not come easy to most of us but sometimes situation comes where we need to put on a chef’s hat. One such situation is when we are a student and are staying away from home. Where fancy cooking seems to be a far-fetched dream, try some of these easy recipes to whip up some delicious meals.
1. Grilled Beans on Toast–
Open the can of beans and heat it over a pan. Add some cheese into it. Then serve beans on a toasted bread or separately
2. Mexican Tacos–
You will find baked tacos and pre-cut vegetables in most of the supermarkets. All you need to do is fry some chicken in a pan over medium heat. Add some seasoning and vegetables to it. When you’re putting it together, top it with salsa and cheese.
3. Fried Rice–
Making a fried rice is not as complicated as it sounds. Cook up some scrambled eggs in a pan. In a separate pan, cook up some finely chopped. Once your rice is cooked, mix them together and fry it in a wok. Add some soya sauce to it for a nice flavour boost.
4. Peanut Butter Banana Sandwich-
This one can be made for on-on-go runs. Spread peanut butter on the bread and add slices of banana on top of it. Top it with another bread and pack it for lunch.
5. Oreo Milk Chocolate Microwave Mug Cake-
Whip this easy dish when you crave for some desserts. Melt butter and chocolate in a microwave for about 30-40 seconds, then beat it until smooth. Add one egg, 2 tbsp. cream, vanilla sugar, 4 tbsp. flour and ½ tsp. baking powder and some broken oreos. Cook in the microwave for another 30 seconds and serve.
