Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup ranch dressing
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- ½ tbsp. salt
- ½ tbsp. pepper
- 210g drained and chopped mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups small pitted black olives
- 4 sliced radishes
- 3 toasted pita bread
- 1 tbsp. curry powder
- 2 cups sliced and peeled cucumbers
- ½ cup chopped red onions
- ½ torn lettuce
Instructions:
- Combine the ranch dressing, olive oil, and curry powder. Make sure that there are no lumps
- In a big bowl, mix the cheese, black olives, radishes, cucumbers, red onions, and lettuce
- Season the ingredients with salt and pepper
- Tear the pita bread into slices and add it to the mixture in the bowl
- Add the lettuce to the mixture in the bowl. Toss the ingredients together to ensure that it is thoroughly combined

Ingredients:
- ½ kg sausage links
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- ½ tbsp. salt
- ½ tbsp. pepper
- 2 cups sliced yellow summer squash
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 3-4 minced garlic cloves
- 3 cups chopped tomatoes
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Instructions:
- Take a large skillet and turn the flame to medium
- Add the olive oil and sausages. Cook the sausages for 2-3 minutes. Place the sausages on a kitchen paper towel to cool down. Cut the sausages into ½ inch pieces
- Return the cooked sausages to the pan and add the squash and green onions to the sausages
- Mix the ingredients together and let it cook for 3 minutes

- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups white rice
- 3 cups chicken/vegetable broth
- 1 ½ cup salsa
- 1 tsp. cumin

Instructions:
- Drizzle the oil on a pan or skillet on medium heat
- Add the chopped onions to the pan and cook it for 2 minutes until soft
- Add the rice into the skillet and let it cook until it turns golden brown. This could take up to 4-5 minutes
- Pour the broth, salsa, cumin and garlic powder into the vessel and stir together
