1. Creamy Yoghurt Dressing

This is a simple, no fuss and easy to do dressing. All you need is Greek yoghurt and a handful more ingredients to make this creamy dressing. The honey and balsamic vinegar give this dressing a punch of flavours. This dressing is perfect for all kinds of salads and accompaniment for veggies too.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup plain Greek yoghurt
• 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
• 2 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp. honey
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar and shake or whisk until combined and smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Enjoy!

2. Ranch Yoghurt Dressing

Finding a good ranch dressing recipe can be incredibly hard but with this easy recipe you can whip it within minutes in your kitchen. Using a base of whole milk Greek yoghurt, the dressing is packed with healthy fat and protein. Adding some buttermilk will give this dressing a typical ranch flavour but if you don’t want that, you can skip it. Either way it will taste delicious.

Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup plain Greek yoghurt
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley (minced)
• 1small onion (diced)
• 2 tbsp. fresh chives (minced)
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. black pepper
• 2 tsp. dijon mustard
• 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1/4 cup buttermilk (optional)

Instructions:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until well combined and smooth. Refrigerate and let the flavours mix well for at least 30 minutes and maximum up to 2 hours, before serving.

3. Italian Salad Dressing

This dressing is a must try for all those who love something cheese based. Packed with herbs and Parmesan cheese this dressing has all the Italian flavours which you will love.

Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup plain Greek yoghurt
• 2/3 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
• 3 tbsp. finely grated parmesan
• 1 tbsp. fresh parsley (minced)
• 1 small onion (diced)
• 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 tbsp. fresh basil (minced)
• 2 tbsp. dried oregano
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 tsp. honey
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid, shake until well combined. Alternatively, you can combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until well combined and smooth.
2. Refrigerate and let the flavours blend for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours, before serving.
