Shapes & Shades! 

They could be white, red, purple, green or black.  And round, oval or elongated. 

Pick like a pro! 

Should be firm, when gently squeezed. These will be the crisp ones.

Not just in a Parantha!

Pickle, sauté, grill, braise or serve raw in a salad. If it’s a salad, remember
to soak them in ice water for a couple of hours.
