  1. In a large skillet, heat some butter and let it melt
  2. Now, create split-top hot dog buns by slicing them and place them on the melted butter, cut side down
  3. Toast the buns until crispy and slightly golden for 1 to 2 minutes
  4. When the buns are nicely toasted, remove them from the pan and add the remaining butter
  5. Now, add the steamed lobster in the melted butter and keep on stirring continuously to coat the lobster
  6. Remove when the lobster when its coated completely and warm enough for about 3 to 4 minutes
  7. Now, season with salt and pepper
  8. Fill the toasted bun with some coleslaw and lobster

  2. Now, in a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta
  3. Warm a large skillet over medium heat with some butter

  5. Once the shrimp turns pink, season with salt and sautee
  6. Now, transfer the shrimp to a plate (keep the juices in the skillet)
  7. Add the remaining butter to the juices in the skillet and let it melt
  8. Combine the flour and whisk until golden
  9. Now, add in the milk and chicken broth and bring to a simmer
  10. Stir in the mozzarella and parmesan until creamy
  11. Season with salt and pepper and return the shrimp to the skillet
  12. Add in the cooked pasta and toss until completely combined
  13. Sprinkle in the remaining mozzarella and parmesan and bake until melty
  14. Garnish with some coriander and serve.

3. Honey Mustard Roasted Salmon

  2. Now, combine garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, parsley
  3. Pour this combined mixture on top of the salmon and marinade
  4. Now, bake the salmon for 12 minutes
  5. Remove the salmon from the oven and scoop the marinade juices over the salmon
  6. Garnish with coriander and serve immediately
