  5. Now, divide the spinach into each sub and top it with turkey for the filling

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius
  2. In a medium pan, heat butter and sugar together until melted
  3. Now, add the apple and cook for 3 minutes stirring to coat the butter
  4. Add – pears, cranberries, cinnamon and cook for 1 minute
  5. For the crumble topping mix – flour, castor sugar and cubed butter into a large bowl
  6. Now, rub together with your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs
  7. Stir in hazelnuts and crumbled Christmas pudding
  8. Scatter the crumble mixture over the top of prepared fruit
  9. Now, bake for 25 minutes until the topping is golden
  10. If desired, serve hot with ice cream or custard.
