1. Marinate the salmon for one hour in a foil with the onions, soy sauce, honey, spring onions, coriander, red chillies and ginger.
2. After marinating grill the salmon for 10 minutes at 52 degrees C. Grill evenly on both sides.
3. Add zucchini and grill it evenly on both sides.
4. Serve fresh.
