  1. In a medium bowl, whip together flour, lemon pepper, salt, and zest of 1 lemon. Toss chicken breasts in the flour mixture until fully coated. Slice remaining lemon into thin rounds.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the oil. Add the chicken in a single layer and cook for around 5 minutes, until golden on bottom and then flip.
  3. Then add broth, butter, garlic, and lemon slices and cook for around 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through and the sauce has reduced slightly.
  4. While serving, spoon the sauce on top of chicken and garnish with parsley.

  3. Now add butter to the skillet and increase heat to high. Add the onion and mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes. Then reduce the heat to low.
  4. Add cream, parsley, mustard and lemon juice and bring the sauce to a boil while stirring constantly.
  5. Pour the sauce over chicken and serve.

  1. In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and jalapeño and cook for about 5 minutes. Add garlic, oregano, and cumin and cook for a 1 minute. Add green chillies, chicken, and broth and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 to 12 minutes, until chicken is tender and cooked through.
  2. Transfer chicken to a plate and shred with two forks. Return to pot and add white beans and corn. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 10 minutes. Turn off heat and stir in the sour cream.
  3. Ladle chili into bowls and garnish with parsley, cheese, and chips before serving.
