  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius and line the baking dish with parchment paper
  2. Cut the sweet potato into dice sized cubes and microwave for 5 minutes until cooked through
  3. In a large bowl, crack open the eggs. Add the flour, seasoning, peas and cheese to the mixture.
  4. Add the sweet potato and diced red peppers to a baking dish. Pour the egg mixture on top and bake or 25 minutes
  5. Serve hot!

  5. Now place all the toppings on the pizza base
  6. Generously sprinkle cheese on top
  7. Set to bake for 15 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
  2. Line the muffin tin with muffin cups
  3. Mash the bananas into a smooth paste
  4. Add sugar, egg and oil until everything is well mixed
  5. Mix the dry ingredients that is the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
  6. Mix the dry and wet ingredients well together
  7. Fill the cups with the muffin mixture
  8. Fill them evenly
  9. Bake the muffins for 25-30 minutes
  10. Let the muffins cool for 15 minutes
  11. Serve fresh and hot!
