These finger food snacks are easy to make and so delicious that it’ll keep you fighting for the last bite.

  1. Loaded Chicken Nachos with Cheesy Dip

Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Heat the oil in a pan over high heat. Cook the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chilli powder for two to three minutes.
  2. Add the barbecue sauce and cook until the sauce has reduced by about half, about five minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. In a large skillet, spread out two large handfuls of tortilla chips. Layer with half of the barbecue chicken, followed by half of the cheese, onion, tomato, bacon, and parsley. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Drizzle the sour cream and sprinkle the avocado on top. Serve!

2. The Perfect Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Combine 1/2 cup water, sugar, and yeast in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Let stand 5 minutes or until yeast mixture is bubbly
  2. Weigh or lightly spoon flours, potato starch, and flaxseed meal into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flours, potato starch, flaxseed meal, and salt in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until blended
  3. Add yeast mixture, 1 tablespoon oil, egg whites, and egg; beat at low speed 1 minute or until combined. Increase speed to medium; beat 2 minutes
  4. Coat a baking sheet with 1 teaspoon oil. Scrape dough onto the pan. Lightly coat hands with oil. Press dough into a 14-inch circle, coating hands with oil as needed to prevent dough from sticking
  5. Coat top of the dough with any remaining oil. Cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 400° and remove the plastic wrap, and bake crust at 400° for 17 minutes or until bottom lightly browns. Cool completely. Increase oven temperature to 425°
  7. Spread marinara over crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border; top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425° for 16 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese melts.

3. Caramel and Cheese Popcorn

  1. Place the popcorn in a large bowl; set aside
  2. Place the butter, sugar, and corn syrup in a 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly with a rubber spatula until the sugar is melted. Boil for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring and scraping the bottom of the pan continuously
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and immediately stir in the vanilla, salt, and baking soda. The sugar mixture will bubble up and froth. Continue stirring until it forms a thick, glossy sauce. Slowly pour the caramel sauce over the popcorn while stirring the popcorn, and keep stirring until evenly coated. Pour the popcorn onto a parchment or wax paper-lined baking sheet, breaking up any clumps if necessary, and cool completely
  4. For cheddar popcorn -Stir together the cheese powder and salt in a medium bowl. Drizzle the butter over the popcorn and toss to coat. Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the popcorn and stir until evenly coated.
