  1. Blend all the ingredients stated above in a food processor until smooth. You can adjust the quantity of pepper and paprika to suit your taste

  1. Steam the beetroots in a pressure cooker until cooked properly for about 7-8 minutes 

Pro tip: You can also steam the beetroots in a microwave. Make sure that you cover the container with a microwave-safe lid. (It will take about 6 – 8 minutes)

  1. Peel the beetroots and blend them using a food processor until smooth
  2. Mix the beetroot paste and cream cheese in a bowl
