1.Shrimps & Lobster
Shrimps and lobster contain around 6 grams of proteins per ounce, which equates to almost 20% of the total. Shrimps are also a great source of selenium, which fight cancer causing agents in the body. Lobsters may be pricey but their calorie content is low and can make you feel full in small servings, preventing people from overeating. It is very important to give attention to the accompaniments of these foods because if you intake loads of calories, the proteins will have a reduced effect.

2.Oyster & Clams
As compared to other seafood, oysters and clams have lesser protein content – about 3.5 grams per ounce, which means the calorie content is also low. Steamed oysters paired with butter or other protein heavy ingredients will scale up the protein and calorie intake. Oysters are rich in B12, which is a necessary iron for the human body. Clams, on the other hand, have an abundance of Vitamin B, which not only boosts healthy cholesterol but also lowers bad cholesterol.

5.Salmon
Salmon has a whopping 6.8 grams of protein per ounce. It is very healthy and can be consumed frequently. It is also rich in Omega-3 fatty acid which protects and strengthens eye sight. Since salmon is also high in sodium content, if you have high blood pressure it’s better to regulate your intake.
