Ingredients for Cheese Balls Recipe
- Processed Cheese grated 1 cup
- Onion finely chopped 1
- Green chillies finely chopped 4-5
- Bread crumbs 1 cup
- Potatoes boiled, peeled and grated 2 large
- Oil 1 tablespoon + for deep frying
- Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Citric acid a pinch
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Saute onion and green chillies till golden brown.
Mix potatoes, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, citric acid, onion and green chilli mixture in a bowl.
Roll it into equal small balls, stuff each with cheese and repeat it again.
Heat oil and deep fry until crisp and golden brown.
Keep it on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
